Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Service Warranty
All technical repairs and installations performed by HydroChill Engineering Solutions are covered by a 90-day warranty, provided no unauthorized repairs were attempted in the interim.
2. Quotes and Payments
Quotations are valid for 14 days. Full or partial payment is required upon completion of the requested service, unless otherwise agreed upon in a maintenance contract.
3. Liability
HydroChill is not liable for existing structural issues in plumbing or electrical systems that may affect technical installations.
